Here's The Story:
I have always been fascinated by why some people achieve their career goals faster than others. I want my coaching approach to prioritize behaviors that I believe will have the same impact.
During my corporate days, while working with top talent, I paid attention to high-potential behaviors, studied many talent models, and sought feedback from successful leaders.
