What I expect from your people ….. I get I’m not for everyone. I work best with people that:

-•APPRECIATE HONEST DISCUSSIONS:  Welcome the challenge of unfiltered discussions.

•HAVE A CAREER GOAL IN MIND:  Have given some thought to career objectives and timing.

•ARE COMMITTED TO DO THE WORK: Understand that I’m there to support, listen, guide, give a kick in the butt when they're off-track  but I won’t do the heavy lifting for them.


What to expect from this coaching assignment:


•FREE CONSULTATION: A complimentary initial consultation with your candidate to see if there is a fit.

• 2 PACKAGE OPTIONS:  Generally, (6  or 12 ) 50-minute coaching sessions via Zoom to go deeper into specific goals.

•EMAIL SUPPORT:  Responsive email support in between  sessions.

•ENCOURAGEMENT TO SHARE: I will strongly encourage clients to share actions and progress with relevant stakeholders for ongoing support and accountability.  Specifics of the coaching sessions will remain confidential.
